Howl's Moving Castle The Weber Road branch of the St. Louis County Library will show Howl’s Moving Castle at 3 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012. The branch is at 4444 Weber Road, Affton. The Japanese animated movie is about a young woman who is cursed with an old body by a spiteful witch. Her only chance of breaking the spell lies with an insecure young wizard and his companions. The showing of the movie is a special event for teens.  How to Train Your Dragon The Sachs branch of the St. Louis County Library will show How to Train Your Dragon at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17. The branch is at 16400 Burkhardt Place, Chesterfield. The animated film is about a young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons, but befriends one. The program is for teens 12 to 18. Super 8 The Tesson Ferry branch of the St. Louis County Library will show Super 8 at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13, 2012. The branch is at 9920 Lin-Ferry Drive, Green Park. The film is about a group of friends in a small Ohio town who in the summer of 1979 who encounter strange events while making a Super 8 movie. The branch will serve refreshments. Thor The Rock Road branch of the St. Louis County Library will show Thor at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, as part of a teen program. The branch is at 10267 St. Charles Rock Road one mile east of Lindbergh Boulevard, St. Ann. The movie is about a powerful but arrogant warrior who is cast out of the fantastic realm of Asgard. He is sent to live among humans on Earth where he soon becomes one of their finest defenders. The branch will provide snacks.
 Dracula The Lewis and Clark branch of the St. Louis County Library will show the classic movie Dracula at 6 p.m. Monday Oct. 31, 2011 as part of a teen program. The film is about a real estate agent who journeys to Dracula’s castle for a business transaction with its elusive owner, but succumbs to Dracula’s will. The branch is at 9909 Lewis and Clark Boulevard south of Chambers Road, Moline Acres. The branch will serve refreshments. The library wants viewers to register. They may do so via the Internet or by calling 314-994-3300.  College Road Trip The Lewis and Clark branch of the St. Louis County Library will show the film College Road Trip at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011. The film tells the story of an overachieving high school student travels around the country to choose the perfect college. The branch is at 9909 Lewis and Clark Boulevard, south of Chambers Road, Moline Acres. The library aims the program for teenagers. Viewers must register in advance.
