This event is not “cheap” but Potterheads may find it worth the cost. It is, after all, 24 hours of Potter, a one-time celebration of the Harry Potter book series held at multiple site. The St. Louis event is at Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis – Clayton. It starts 6 p.m. on Friday, July 15 and runs to 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 16 with panels and events going all night. Designed to be like a year at wizarding school, the event givers you wizard classes, quidditch games, discussions and lectures on the Harry Potter book series. Admission is $25 if you pre-register and $30 at the door. |
