Galaxy Red, variety/dance musicians performs a free concert at 5 p.m. today as part of The Saint Louis Zoo’s popular Jungle Boogie Friday Night Concert Series. The series continues through Aug. 31. “Splish splash” with the stingrays, “cha-cha” with the cheetahs, “salsa” with the sea lions or “two-step” with the tigers at Jungle Boogie at the concert that is held in the center of the zoo each Friday during the summer. Also, visitors can enjoy extended hours with “North Star Summer Zoo Weekends” when the Zoo remains open until 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Sept.b 3. Jungle Boogie wraps up the season on Aug. 31 when Dirty Muggs entertains.

Glen, an Emmy Award winning vocalist, has sung the national anthem at games of the St. Louis Blues, the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Rams.
