Living on the Cheap has complied a list of food freebies greeting shoppers tomorrow so we’re passing a modified version along to you.

Black Friday Free Deals In St. Louis (including a few non-food entries):

  1. Free breakfast at Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club is giving you free coffee and breakfast on Black Friday. You must be a Sam’s Club member to get the freebies but if you take out a new $100 Plus membership to Sam’s Club Nov. 23-25, you will get a free Sam’s Club gift card worth $40. (Regular membership is usually $40.) Current members who upgrade to Plus and pay at least a $20 upgrade fee will get a $25 gift card.
  2. Free cookbook at Costco. Costco is giving away a free cookbook, “Simply Delicious The Costco Way,” Nov. 23-25 for those who stop in to shop. Check out page 2 of the Costco Black Friday Ad, on BradsDeals, for the details.
  3. Free coffee at 7-11. Need more energy for the marathon shopping day? 7-11 is offering a FREE any-size coffee with the purchase of any Red Bull product.
  4. Free coffee for workers. Seattle’s Best Coffee is offering FREE coffee at its stores to anyone working on Black Friday. You can also visit the Seattle’s Best Coffee Facebook page to request a free sample of Level 3 coffee, through Nov. 25, or while supplies last.
  5. Free hotel night. U.S. residents who book a two-night consecutive stay at any Holiday Inn Resort location in the United States, Caribbean or Mexico beginning Black Friday, Nov. 23, through Feb. 28, 2013 will receive a free night to use on a future stay up to one year later as part of the “Winter Break, Free Night to Take” promotion.
  6. Work out free at Gold’s Gym. Visit Gold’s Gym on Friday, Nov. 23, to take advantage of the FREE “Trim the Fat Friday” workout session. (Limit one workout per customer and you must be a local resident, with identification.) A good way to work off your Thanksgiving meal.
  7. It’s not free, but Sonic Drive-In is offering all of its breakfast burritos at 50% off all day on Friday, Nov. 23.
  8. Red Lobster is offering a FREE Maine Stays entrée with the purchase of one (of equal or lesser value). You’ll need a coupon.

Free: Coffee Sample From Seattle's Best If You're Working Black Friday

If you’re one of the many folks working on Black Friday, Seattle’s Best Coffee wants to give you a break.

The company is providing a “Black Friday Coffee Break,” a sample of its coffee the mailboxes of those who have to work on Nov. 23.

If you’re working on Black Friday, just visit the Seattle’s Best Coffee Facebook page  between Nov. 8 and Nov. 25, those and request a free coffee sample, which brews a 10-cup pot of  Level 3 coffee. It will be sent to you.

You don’t have to be in retail to get the deal. Assembly line workers, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, military and government personnel and others may request a sample.

Seattle’s Best is served at several establishments in the St. Louis area.

Black Friday: Free Stuff And Bargains In St. Louis

A lot of stores are offering freebies to their earliest customers in addition to Black Friday specials.

If you’re up to braving the crowds, here’s a sampling:

  • Best Buy is giving a free $50 Best Buy gift card with purchase of an 8 G iPod Touch (4th generation). You can also get $45 off any iPad 2 and a $100 iTunes gift card for $80. All this is while supplies last at participating stores only. Stores open at midnight.
  • Cost Plus World Market: the first 100 in-store customers will receive a free Tintin ornament and a movie ticket. This deal happens Friday-Sunday at participating stores only.
  • JC Penney is giving away free snow globes (good through Sunday, Nov. 27 while supplies last at participating stores only).
  • Kohl’s: For every $50 you spend get  $15 in “Kohl’s Cash.” The deal is good Friday, Nov. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 27.
  • Old Navy is offering a free Kodak Easyshare Sport waterproof digital camera with a $40 or more purchase. While supplies last at participating stores only. Most stores open at midnight.
  •  Sam’s Club is giving away a free breakfast, including a hot egg sandwich, fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee to members from 5-8 a.m. on Friday. Join or upgrade to a Plus membership while you’re there and you’ll get a $20 gift card.
  • Sears is giving a 2011 Thomas Kinkade ornament to the first 200 people who buy clothes or accessories (while supplies last).
  • Sports Authority will give you a free Sports Authority Bonus Bucks card if you’re one of the first 80 people in line. You can also get a $50 Toys “R” Us gift card when your buy any iPod Touch. While supplies last at participating stores only. Most stores open at 4 a.m.
  • Target is giving $10 gift cards with the purchase of select video games and a gift card when you buy an iPod Nano or iPod Touch. While supplies last at participating stores only. Stores open at midnight.

You’d wait for the ads to come out in the Thanksgiving Day newspaper and line up at the store before dawn Friday morning to score one of the deeply discounted “door busters.”
