It’s Memorial Day Weekend in St. Louis and things are smokin’ hot! And we’re not talking about the weather.
The holiday weekend officially kicks off the summer season and what a kick-off it is! And, in true St. Louis fashion, many of the best things to do this weekend are free–yes, F-R-E-E!
From a weekend-long Blues Fest to rival any other on the planet to a chance to do a Jungle Boogie at a free concert at the world class St. Louis Zoo, the biggest problem you’ll have is figuring out how to fit it all in!
And, if you want to escape without leaving town, you can travel to Africa at the African Arts Festival in Forest Park, Greece at the Greek Fest at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, Ireland at the largest free Irish festival happening this weekend in St. Charles, merry ol’ England at the Shakespeare Festival, also in Forest Park or the Renaissance Faire in Wentzville.
