According to the Art Museum:
The St. Louis-based band plays an innovative mix of early jazz, string ragtime, country blues, and western swing. Parlor guitar-playing lead singer Pokey LaFarge attests to a deep and abiding love of American twang, which has led the group to produce creative new works as well as to masterfully cover traditional tunes.
