Free: Opera Theatre Concert Monday At Jewel Box In Forest Park

Opera Theatre of St. Louis will host a free concert at 12:30 p.m.Monday, June 4 in the Jewel Box in St. Louis’ Forest Park as part of its “A Little Lunch Music” series.

Performers include Adam Diegel (Don Jose in Opera Theatre’s current version of Carmen), Shirin Eskandani (Mercedes in Carmen), and Deanna Breiwick (Joanna in Opera Theatre’s current Sweeney Todd).

The Thornhill branch of the St. Louis County Library will show Happy Feet Two at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2012. The branch is at 12863 Willowyck Drive, west St. Louis County.

The movie is about everyone working together to save the penguin’s world.
