Free: Bridgeton Trails Branch Library To Show Chronicles of Narnia The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe

Chronicles of Narnia the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

The Bridgeton Trails branch of the St. Louis County Library will show the classic children’s movie Chronicles of Narnia the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011.

The film is about four children who go from their London home to the country estate of an eccentric professor for their safety during World War II. The house is very dull, except for a large, ornate wardrobe discovered by young Lucy during a game of hide-and-seek, but it is the gateway to an snowy magical alternate universe.

Children must be seven to 10-years old to attend.  The library requires viewer to register in advance. They can do so via the Internet or by calling 994-3300.

The branch is at 3455 McKelvey Road, one block south of St. Charles Rock Road, in Bridgeton.
