OK, White Castle fans. White Castle is celebrating its 90th anniversary in a couple of ways.
The company is giving away 90 birthday pins at every location. They entitle the pin owner to get a free original slider each time they come to the restaurant through Aug. 31 wearing the pin.
Even if you don’t get a pin, you can use the coupon to get a free original slider.
Einstein Bros. Bagels has a new sandwich–the Triple Decker Bagel Club. And now, thanks to an e-club coupon, you can buy on and get one free.
Fine print: Limit one person. Valid at participating locations only. Not valid with other special offers. Expires 8/24/11.
There’s still time for kids to get in on Barnes & Noble‘s Imagination’s Destination summer reading program. When kids (grades 1-6) read eight books and submit a form, they get a free kid’s book.
They can choose from a list that includes Clifford Makes the Team, New Kid in Town, Scat, Cat!, Stanley, Flat Again! James and the Giant Peach and Pandora Gets Jealous.
The program, at participating locations, runs through Sept. 6, 2011.
From 4-10 p.m. every day in August kids eat free at IHOP with the purchase on an adult entree.
Kids must order from the “Just For Kids” menu, dine-in only. No coupon is required.
There are 15 IHOP locations in the St. Louis area.
IHOP has joined Kids LiveWell in the restaurant industry’s efforts to provide more healthful menu choices for children and families. According to a news release: Kids LiveWell is a new, nationwide initiative created by the National Restaurant Association in collaboration with HealthyDiningFinder.com to provide parents and children with a growing selection of healthful menu options when dining out.
Thanks to Teresa at Miami FL on the Cheap for the tip.
